Hi there! I’m Joe, and I’m a portrait and event photographer from the town of Guildford.

Growing up in Ripley, I have always lived in the Guildford area, although these days, I now live in the village of Tongham with my wife, Sarah.

After a lifelong love of photography, I finally began my route into the business when I started my BA (Hons) Degree in Photography at UCA Farnham in 2022 at the age of 25. Through this degree, I have found my voice in portraiture.

As well as using a digital camera, I also enjoy using an analogue medium to convey a deeper and more emotional side in my work. This interest in film cameras started when I studied A-level Photography back in 2012, and it has been something I carried through to the end of my degree.

To date, I have exhibited my work at The National Portrait Gallery (London), WeCreate Festival (Farnham), The Espacio Gallery (Bethnal Green), The Allen Gallery (Alton), Farnham Maltings, and The Peter Thompson Gallery (Royal Surrey County Hospital).

As well as these exhibits, I have photographed numerous events and occasions, and have found a true love for documenting these special moments and memories with my camera.
